How does ps use one as the background of the exhibition board, like the following one?

1. Open the PS software first, and then create a new document with the same size as the picture to be inserted. Take 800*500 as an example, as shown below.

2. Then select the "File" option in the toolbar above, select "Place", and double-click the picture to be placed, as shown in the figure below.

3. Then select "Text Tool" in the left toolbar to add text to the canvas, as shown in the following figure.

4. Finally, select the picture layer and adjust the opacity to 30%, as shown in the figure below.
