5. Vein specimens are specially collected plant leaves. After mesophyll removal, they are rinsed by alkali erosion or water immersion, bleached, dyed and dried.
After the plant specimen is made, a label should be attached to the lower right corner of the surface paper, indicating the number, family name, scientific name, Chinese name, common name, place of origin, collection date and collector.
