How to add water to the storage battery of the stacker?

It is advisable to replenish water to the storage battery of the stacker when the electrolyte has just soaked in the plate group, so as to use up the battery. Pry open the cover plate, remove the rubber cap on each battery overflow valve and its surrounding packaging, and use up the batteries. Pry open the cover plate, and remove the rubber cap and surrounding packing at the overflow valve of each unit.

Ordinary batteries used in electric stackers should be replenished once a month, and other types of batteries should be replenished with distilled water regularly according to water consumption. For batteries that are not used temporarily, the replenishment can be delayed for several months. After recharging the battery, charge it properly. If the liquid level of some batteries drops rapidly, replenish water frequently, and check whether the limit voltage of the regulator on the vehicle is too high.

Step of adding water to the battery

Use clean chopsticks to probe into the electrode plate group from the overflow valve, and take them out to observe that the chopstick head is wet, which shows that the battery is not short of water and does not need to add water. Otherwise you can add water. Note that the water shortage of six cells of the same battery is not necessarily the same. Open the right cover, clean the battery box with a rag, or take out the battery. There will be two gaps in the upper part of the battery.

If you leave the key on all night, the battery will not be damaged. After checking the electrolyte, it is best to use a special charger to replenish the battery, which is more effective. It is advisable to carry out the process of uniform charging, control the single battery at 2:35V 6-8h, then adjust it back to the floating charge voltage value, and then observe the voltage change of the reverse battery.
