How to remove KIA k2 accelerator?

1. Remove the connector and pliers of the air inlet pipe and the empty filter box.

2. Remove the crankshaft ventilation pipe and use the T20 internal wrench.

Open the empty filter box and break it by hand, then you can clean the upper part of the throttle valve. If you want to clean it thoroughly, please remove the four screws to remove the throttle valve.

K2 throttle cleaning method is as follows:

Step 1: Prepare tools: 10 small wrench (disassemble battery terminal), large Phillips screwdriver (disassemble air inlet elbow), T30 internal wrench (disassemble throttle) and a bottle of carburetor cleaner.

Step 2: Remove the throttle inlet elbow.

Step 3: Unplug the throttle harness plug.

Step 4: Remove the throttle body.

It is suggested that the automobile throttle function: the intake air is controlled by the throttle position sensor and the fuel quantity is automatically controlled. In other words, it is a device that controls the throttle.

Classification: one is to control the semi-mechanical and semi-electronic throttle through cables, and the other is to calculate the relationship between throttle opening and intake air volume and sensor angle through signals sent by sensors, that is, full electronic throttle.
