What is Guandong cooking?
1, Guandong cooking is a Japanese favorite snack, whose real name is Yutian, and it is a kind of cuisine that originated in kanto region, Japan.
2. Usually, materials include eggs, radishes, potatoes, kelp, konjac, fish balls, bamboo wheels (products of fish or beans) and so on. Put these materials into separate iron grills (boxes) and simmer them with broth made of kelp and mullet flowers. After cooking, some people like the original flavor, while others like dipping sauce (mustard sauce). It is said that Guandong cooking originated from "Miso Dengaku", that is, tofu or oysters are cooked with water and then seasoned with miso (noodles and black beans) before eating.
