Twice Adjustment Method-"Double Row No Entry Method"

"Double" of "double-row non-advance method" means that both valve clearances of TDC cylinder can be adjusted,

"Line" means

The exhaust valve clearance of the cylinder can be adjusted,

"No" means that both valves of the cylinder cannot be adjusted,

"Feed" refers to the feed of the air cylinder.

The valve clearance can be adjusted.

2 "Two Adjustment Methods: Operation Sequence"

Rotate the crankshaft and find the compression top dead center of the first cylinder according to the timing number.

According to the working sequence of the engine, the adjustable valve is determined according to the principle of "double exhaust, no advance", and then

Check and adjust the valve lash.

Turn the crankshaft once to align the timing marks, and check and adjust other valve clearances in the same way.

Clearance, so far, all valves have been checked and adjusted.
