What's the difference between the climate in Myanmar and that in southern China?
Myanmar has a tropical monsoon climate with hot temperatures all year round. There are two seasons in a year: rainy season and dry season. In the dry season, the land wind blows-northerly wind, high temperature and little rain; Ocean winds prevail in rainy season-southerly winds, high temperature and rainy days.
Most parts of southern China belong to subtropical monsoon climate, with obvious seasonal changes, warm in winter and hot in summer, abundant rainfall throughout the year and more in summer. Southern Yunnan, southwestern Guangxi, southern Guangdong and Hainan Province also have tropical monsoon climate. Xishuangbanna is also a tropical rainforest climate.
