Preliminary study on winter climate in northeast China

Mainly the relationship between geographical location and terrain influence.

Dalian is located at 38 degrees north latitude, at the southern end of Liaodong Peninsula, surrounded by the sea on three sides. Because of the slow cooling effect of seawater and more solar radiation than other cities, it feels less cold.

Shenyang 42N, Changchun 44N and Harbin 45N are all in the northeast plain, so the temperature changes are consistent.

But this year, the industrial and mining enterprises in Shenyang have all moved out of the city, so the high temperature in winter is not so obvious, while the high temperature in Changchun and Harbin is obvious.

The decreasing temperature difference between the three places is also an important reason.
