How to judge the throttle leakage

In maintenance, this simple method can be adopted: take off the thin oil-proof rubber, cut the outer contour and through hole with the mold mark of the intake pipe connection account, put it on the throttle seat and the intake pipe connection port, and tighten it with screws. However, please be careful not to apply sealant to the rubber to avoid damaging the oxygen sensor. There are three ways to judge the throttle leakage: 1. When the engine is working, the valve leaks and the compression force of the cylinder is insufficient, which is characterized by poor combustion, and the exhaust regularly emits black smoke or white smoke, which increases fuel consumption and reduces power; 2. If the intake manifold is overheated, the central intake pipe has the sound of blowby, and the air filter returns, indicating that the valve blowby is serious; 3. Throttle is a control valve to control air to enter the engine. There are two kinds of traditional wire throttle and electronic throttle. The gas enters the intake pipe, mixes with gasoline to form a combustible mixture, and does work after combustion. Connecting the air filter and connecting the engine block is called the throat of the automobile engine. Whether the acceleration of a car is flexible or not is also related to the cleanliness of the throttle.
