Toyota motor suggests ways to solve congestion.

Clean the throttle, replace the air filter, and check the fuel system and exhaust system.

1. Clean the throttle valve: the throttle valve is a component that controls air to enter the engine. If the throttle is blocked, the engine will not work properly. You can remove the throttle for cleaning, or you can use a professional throttle cleaner for cleaning.

2. Replace the air filter: The air filter can prevent dust and impurities from entering the engine. If the air filter is blocked, the engine will not work properly. You can change the air filter regularly to keep the engine working normally.

3. Check the fuel system: If the fuel injector, fuel filter and other components in the fuel system are blocked, the engine will not work normally. You can check and clean the fuel system, or replace the blocked parts.

4. Check the exhaust system: If the exhaust pipe, catalyst and other parts in the exhaust system are blocked, the engine will not work normally. You can check and clean the exhaust system, or replace the blocked parts.
