How to Adjust the Valve Sound of Motorcycle Engine
If there is a "click" sound on the cylinder head, it is caused by excessive valve clearance, and there is noise in the cylinder body, which is caused by the piston knocking on the cylinder or high-speed chain, and the gearbox part is caused by the clutch drum or crankshaft.
1. Generally, the simple way to adjust the valve is as follows: the chain machine only needs to unscrew the valve cover, loosen the fixing nut of the racket with a small wrench, and finely adjust the central column of the fixing nut with a small pliers until there is no gap when the hand moves up and down, and there is a gap when shaking left and right. At this time, fix the center pillar with pliers, and tighten the fixing nut with the other hand.
2. If it is the sound of a high-speed chain, there are screws behind the cylinder to adjust the high-speed chain. After the dust cover is opened, loosen it clockwise with a small screwdriver and tighten it counterclockwise. Just tighten it a little, and the ejector won't have this problem.
