How to adjust the stroke of pneumatic ball valve and pneumatic butterfly valve

"Two screws on the left and right of pneumatic head" indicates whether your pneumatic head is GT type or AW type.

Its internal structure is divided into left and right pistons, two sections of the cylinder are defined by screws, and each section controls one piston.

Valve opening position: First, open the valve pneumatically. If it is not in place, it must be that the limit screw is limited too early. At this time, loosen the left and right limit screws (be careful not to adjust too much at a time, but slightly) until the valve is fully opened, and then fix it.

Valve closed position: close the valve during ventilation. If it is not in place, the screw limit is too early. At this time, tighten the left and right limit screws (be careful not to adjust too much at a time, but slightly) until the valve is completely closed, and then fix it.

Note: It is best to adjust the two pistons at the same time, so that the strokes of the left and right pistons are the same, which can better ensure the consistency of the meshing degree (that is, the matching degree) between the cylinder piston and the output shaft (fork).
