Adjustment principle of idle speed adjustment screw of cable accelerator
When the driver operates the accelerator pedal, the accelerator pedal position sensor generates a corresponding voltage signal and inputs it into the throttle control unit. The control unit first filters the input signal to eliminate the influence of environmental noise, and then analyzes the driver's intention according to the current working mode, pedal movement and change rate, calculates the basic demand for engine torque, and obtains the basic expected value of the corresponding throttle opening.
Then it communicates with the vehicle control unit through CAN bus to obtain other working conditions information and various sensor signals, such as engine speed, gear position, throttle position, air conditioning energy consumption, etc. So as to calculate the total torque required by the vehicle. By compensating the expected throttle angle, the optimal throttle opening is obtained, and the corresponding voltage signal is sent to the drive circuit module to drive the control motor to make the throttle reach the optimal opening position.
