How can the Volkswagen CC throttle break easily?

It is necessary to maintain and clean the throttle valve. When the engine oil, gasoline vapor and impurities in the air enter the air intake system through the crankshaft ventilation box, some of them will adhere to the throttle valve, which is easy to cause carbon deposition after long-term use and needs to be cleaned regularly.

Throttle is a controllable valve that controls air to enter the engine. Its function is to control the air to enter the engine, and the gas will be mixed with gasoline into a combustible mixture after entering the intake pipe, so that the combustion is successful.

The steps to clean the throttle are as follows:

1, open the hood and find the throttle of the engine;

2. Remove the air filter and intake pipe with a flat screwdriver, and unplug the electric socket on the throttle;

3. After removing the screw, remove the throttle, and then block the air inlet of the engine with a dry rag to prevent dirt from entering the engine;

4. Spray the cleaning agent on the throttle for cleaning.
