The air rail adjustment is divided into two steps: coarse adjustment and fine adjustment. How to adjust respectively?

Before inspection, the air cushion guide rail must be adjusted to a horizontal state.

A. Static leveling method: Connect the air source, put the slider somewhere on the guide rail, gently press the slider on the guide rail with your hand, and then gently release it. If the sliders all move in the same direction, the guide rail is uneven. Carefully adjust the horizontal screw until the slider is basically motionless at any position on the guide rail, or slightly slides, but not always in the same direction. Generally, the main road selects several positions on the guide rail for such adjustment. B. Dynamic leveling method: use the velocimeter to coordinate with the air rail for leveling.
