Is the winter solstice a solar term in the China lunar calendar?

The winter solstice is a fixed day in the solar calendar, because there is a leap year in the solar calendar, so there will be a day difference before and after. It is the most oblique day in the northern hemisphere with the longest shadow and the shortest day.
