Tomb-Sweeping Day is not only one of the 24 solar terms in China, but also the most important day to worship ancestors and sweep graves in China. There are many touching legends about its origin. For example: "During the Spring and Autumn Period, Zhong Er, the son of the monarch of the State of Jin, fled abroad with the help of Jiezitui and others. They got lost in the barren hills and couldn't find anything to eat. At this time, Zhong Er still cared about the people, which moved meson. He cut a piece of meat from his leg, cooked it and handed it to Zhong Er. After 19 years of exile, Zhong Er finally returned to China and became a monarch.
