How to adjust the concentration by gas chromatography

1. Put the sample to be tested into a gas chromatograph for analysis. Before analysis, samples need to be properly pretreated and prepared, such as extraction, concentration and dilution, to ensure the reliability and accuracy of analysis results.

2, before the sample analysis, need to calibrate the instrument. In the calibration process, the standard solution with known concentration is used to test, the peak area or peak height of each component is recorded, and the relationship curve between concentration and peak area or peak height is established.

3. Inject the processed sample into a gas chromatograph for separation and detection. During the detection, the peak area or peak height of each component will be recorded. By comparing with the calibration curve, the concentration of each component can be obtained.
