What is a throttle?
Throttle is a controllable valve that controls air to enter the engine. After the air enters the intake pipe, it will be mixed with gasoline to form a combustible mixture, and the combustion is successful. The following is the specific method of assembling the throttle valve: 1. Release the pedal: Turn off the ignition switch and wait at least 10 second. Loosen the accelerator pedal completely, turn the ignition switch to the on position, and wait for 3 seconds. 2. Repeat operation: Repeat the following operation five times quickly within five seconds, completely depress the accelerator pedal and completely release the accelerator pedal. 3. Step on the pedal: Wait for 7 seconds, completely step on the accelerator pedal, and keep this state for about 20 seconds until the MIL stops flashing and starts to light up. Fully release the accelerator pedal within 3 seconds after the MIL light is turned on. 4. Idle running: Start the engine and let it run at idle speed for a period of time. Let the engine idle for more than 20 seconds, and ensure that the idle speed and ignition timing meet the requirements for two or three times.
