How many kilometers does the synchronous belt change? The synchronous belt is usually replaced once every 80,000 kilometers. When the car is driving, the idle speed is unstable and it is easy to stall, which is mainly caused by poor refueling, weak acceleration and serious engine jitter. When these situations are found, the problem of timing is to eliminate the faults of circuit components such as throttle. If the timing belt is damaged and not replaced, the valve and piston will be damaged and the engine will not work. The following is the installation method of the timing belt:

1. Align the mark of camshaft timing gear with the mark of valve cover, and align the mark of crankshaft timing gear with the mark of front cover;

2. Install crankshaft timing gear, water pump pulley, idler pulley, camshaft timing gear, pulley and other timing belts in sequence;

3. Loosen the pulley mounting bolt 1/4- 1/2 turns, compress the push rod of the automatic tensioner to the lowest position, insert the steel needle into the hole, adjust the pulley with the snap ring pliers, rotate counterclockwise to make the two adjusting holes of the pulley parallel to the ground, lock the fixing bolt and pull out the steel needle;

4. Turn the crankshaft clockwise twice to check whether the timing marks are aligned correctly, and then turn back the timing belt lower cover and the timing belt upper cover on the right nail of the engine;

5. Replace the generator, adjust the compressor belt and check whether the engine is abnormal.
