School profile: I used to be a teaching point, with 6 classes, 1 1 teacher (5 are formal, 2 are about to retire), and the rest are temporary substitute teachers (900 yuan's salary in January), with weak teachers and poor infrastructure. After many discussions by all the teachers, the educational concept and school-running direction of "promoting interest with characteristics and enlightening wisdom with Chinese studies" were determined.

On the basis of inheriting the tradition, after more than six years' efforts, it has gradually developed from a teaching point that will be merged into Huaxian core school for curriculum reform, Huaxian new education experimental school, Huaxian characteristic project school and three-parent education pilot school.

Gradually formed four characteristics: 1. Hand-painting becomes the norm (Huaxian characteristic project 2016); 2. Under the support of these characteristic projects, school-based courses and associations, it is gradually refined and sublimated into the characteristic culture of our school-"root" culture. "Root" is the root and the source. As the saying goes, "water the trees and roots", and educate people with bacon! Therefore, the "root" culture has become the campus culture of our school and the dream pursued and practiced by all our teachers and students!

While exploring and excavating the "root" culture, we are lucky to meet the "three-parent education". The goal of three-parent education is to cultivate people with spiritual roots, which is exactly what we are pursuing, so we firmly follow three-parent education. Since June 20 18, our school has been trying to practice the "three-parent education" and implement the children's new six arts education under the guidance of the children's new six arts education. That is, children's enlightenment education, classic reading education, behavior development education, four seasons farming education, ingenuity education and etiquette music education.

First, children's enlightenment education is under great pressure, and students are organized to go outdoors and take natural classes. The purpose is to observe nature, observe the growth of crops, know all kinds of crops, feel the changes of crop planting and growth in different seasons, and experience and feel nature personally.

Open a farm in the school, each class has its own farm, and each class grows independently. Planting is not the purpose. The purpose is to observe the growth law and living habits of plants, cultivate their awareness of eco-agriculture, not use chemical fertilizers and pesticides for three years, and let students learn to make organic fertilizers for farmers.

According to the characteristics of children's strong curiosity, cultivate children's interest and ability to be close to nature, love nature, observe nature and master the laws of nature. Integrating multidisciplinary teaching into natural classroom.

According to the different types of classes, arrange outdoor classes as much as possible, move the classroom to the playground, to the campus, to the fields and so on.

Second, classic reading education. At present, our school has finished reading three-character classics, disciples' rules, hundreds of surnames and thousands of characters in the affiliated kindergarten, and also finished reading disciples' rules in the primary school. Now most students are reading The Analects of Confucius and The University, and most of them can recite them by heart. Insist on reading, one is to cultivate children's concentration, and the other is to increase children's literacy.

The main forms are: reading in the morning and reading in the afternoon for 20 minutes each, and the reading angle in the morning is organized spontaneously; Read books in the class group for 30 minutes in the morning and evening.

Arrange 2-4 reading classes every week. In the summer vacation, I read the classic public welfare parent-child morning reading activities, insisting on reading for one hour from 6: 00 to 7: 00 every morning for four years.

The teacher reads with the children in the morning and afternoon. At present, no teacher simply reads classics together, but leads teachers to read classics every morning in the WeChat group.

Even if there are occasional small contradictions, children will look at themselves with classics and solve their own problems.

At school, teachers bow to say hello (teachers and students bow to each other), bow to the national flag before entering the school gate (cultivate children's awe and gratitude), do more housework at home and honor the elderly. Every Sunday is filial piety day, and the children insist on keeping a diary of filial piety.

Four seasons farming education, farming education is not simple labor education, let alone labor instead of labor education. As a comprehensive learning practice, farming education is interdisciplinary, interdisciplinary and cross-crowd. It is rich in scientific content and auxiliary materials for learning, and it is the best platform for training general practice teachers proposed by the three-parent education project team. According to the changes of the 24 solar terms, let the students write about the growth and changes of planting plants, understand the changing laws of the 24 solar terms and climate, and hold different activities for different solar terms. For example, when Xiaoman is young, let the children consult the information about Xiaoman online in advance to learn about Xiaoman's related knowledge and poems, and then organize students to observe wheat, burn wheat, rub wheat and taste wheat in the wheat field. Finally, drawing wheat, speaking wheat and writing wheat, multi-disciplinary integration, comprehensive activity class can be done well, and the general teacher was born naturally.

5. Ingenuity education. Although there are no professional teachers in our school, we have carried out painting and handicraft classes, and teachers are brave in innovation, such as finger painting and gluing.
