1. Please use special cleaning agent for electronic throttle; If there is no special cleaning agent, use carburetor cleaning agent, first spray the cleaning agent on a clean soft cloth, and then wipe it repeatedly with a soft cloth to remove carbon deposit or sludge.

2. When cleaning the throttle valve, it is not necessary to disassemble it, but the sealing part of the inlet steam must be cleaned. The idle motor must be disassembled for cleaning. Dismantling and cleaning nozzles have their own advantages and disadvantages. Generally speaking, the maintenance station suggests that disassembly and cleaning are not needed to prevent other unnecessary waste, such as replacing the sealing ring or installing other gaskets after disassembly, or delaying the owner's time due to oil leakage during disassembly.

3. When cleaning the throttle valve, first remove the intake throat, expose the throttle valve, remove the negative electrode of the battery, turn off the ignition switch, straighten the throttle plate, spray a small amount of "carburetor cleaner" into the throttle valve, and then carefully scrub it with a polyester rag or a high-spin "non-woven fabric". Deep in the throttle, you can hold the rag and scrub it carefully where your hands can't reach it.

4. When removing the throttle, some air pipes are connected around the throttle. We need to remove these pipes. When disassembling, we must clearly remember the location of the pipes so that they can be installed after cleaning.
