The history of jiaozi

In 978, several jiaozi, 198 1, were found in the copper hairpin of Xuegu Town, Tengzhou, Shandong Province during the Spring and Autumn Period. In May, pottery kitchen figurines were unearthed from the tomb of the Three Kingdoms Period in Zhongxian County, Chongqing, showing that ancient chefs were working on the kitchen table, and food was placed on the kitchen table with a pinched jiaozi in the middle.
