1, vehicle gas source difference: gas stations add nitrogen to lng for profit. It is necessary to add a gas source without adding nitrogen.

2. Improper cylinder pressure: lng vehicles generally have two pressure regulating valves, one is the cylinder pressure regulating valve and the other is the buffer bottle pressure regulating valve. It is advisable to adjust the cylinder pressure from 0.8 to 1. 1 through the pressure regulating valve.

3. The surge tank pressure and in-situ rapid acceleration pressure are too low: it is more appropriate to adjust the surge tank pressure and in-situ rapid acceleration pressure to not less than 10.

4. Air intake system leaks: If the air intake system leaks, check whether the throttle valve and air intake system leak. Check the throttle and air intake system, troubleshoot, repair or replace damaged parts.

5. Valve closing: The natural gas engine itself consumes a lot of valves, and it is easy to seal the valves, which will greatly increase fuel consumption. Check the valve regularly and grind it again after closing.

6. Poor ignition of ignition coil or spark plug: Poor ignition of ignition coil or spark plug will increase fuel consumption. Check the ignition coil and spark plug regularly, troubleshoot, repair or replace damaged parts.
