What does this festival mean?

Solar terms refer to the climate and phenology of a solar term.

The twenty-four solar terms in ancient China are composed of four rhymes: "Spring rains shake spring and clear valley days, summer is full and summer is hot, autumn is cold and frost falls, and winter is snowy".

In various places, some festivals will be regarded as festivals, and different festivals will be regarded as festivals because of ethnic differences.
