First, the ignition system

Spark plugs should not be used for too long. It is best to replace a pair of spark plugs at 20,000-30,000 km, and replace the cylinder liner according to the actual situation to ensure good ignition performance.

Second, the air intake system

In order to obtain good economic performance of natural gas vehicles, besides good ignition system, clean intake system is also very important. Due to the different dust content in the air in different areas, the maintenance cycle of air filter element is also different. Generally, cleaning the air filter once every 1-2 weeks and replacing it once every 20,000 weeks can ensure the economic performance of natural gas vehicles.

Third, the heating system

This is mainly aimed at winter, when the temperature is too low, the rubber parts inside the decompression device will become stiff, thus working abnormally, making the vehicle unable to operate normally and the failure rate is high. Because most taxis don't clean the engine waterway, the heating of natural gas decompression device is not enough. If the vehicle has not cleaned the engine waterway for a long time, it is best to clean it first, and then use it when the pressure reducer is hot. Moreover, even in summer, the vehicle should use antifreeze to avoid the formation of excessive scale.

Four, gas system inspection

After the natural gas device is installed in the user's car, the user should pay attention to frequent leak detection, because it is also a part of your car, so it is very important to conduct frequent leak detection. The specific method is: fill a plastic bottle with detergent aqueous solution, and spray the detergent aqueous solution on the gas cylinder connector, pressure reducer high-pressure pipeline connector, pressure gauge connector and pressure valve connector during inspection. If there is a bubble, it proves that there is a leak. You can close the valve of the gas cylinder and go to the refit factory for inspection and maintenance.
