How many kilometers does it take to clean the throttle?

It is usually recommended to clean the throttle every 20,000 to 40,000 kilometers. If driving on a road with extremely poor road conditions, it is recommended to clean it every 15000 km. However, this is only a reference value for everyone. The specific cleaning cycle should be determined according to the use frequency of individual vehicles, the air environment of vehicles, the type of oil used, the interval between replacing /[k0/] filters and driving habits.

There are usually two ways to clean the throttle valve, namely disassembly cleaning and non-disassembly cleaning.

Remove the whole throttle, prepare carburetor cleaner, spray it clean, and then blow dry with air.

2. No disassembly and cleaning is required.

Spray the accelerator cleaning agent directly on the rag to scrub the accelerator, and the whole process does not need to disassemble the accelerator assembly, so the operation is relatively simple and convenient. But this can only be used in the case of less dirt. If there are a lot of dirty things, you should take them apart and wash them.

Second, the throttle fault treatment scheme

1. Hard injury: The resistor part of the potentiometer is made by spraying a carbon film on a polyester substrate, which is actually a very low-level preparation process. The wear resistance is not high, and there is no protective agent on the carbon film. The drop of toner leads to poor contact, and sparking is inevitable.

2. Soft fault: Because the throttle opening is too low, I spend most of my time cleaning the throttle, which brings me trouble. Air flows through the gap of the throttle at high speed (tens to hundreds of meters per second), and the influence of dust accumulation on the airflow exceeds the adjustment ability of the throttle.
