What is the saying about sunny weather in early winter?

According to the sunny day in beginning of winter, it is sunny in beginning of winter and warm this winter.

The proverb says, "It's sunny in early winter, and it's sunny in winter; Early winter rain, a winter rain. " This proverb is very concise, both corresponding and just the opposite.
