The method of feeding bought crabs at home is as follows:

1, basin culture

If the crabs you buy are bound, untie them when you save them and put them in a pot. Be careful not to fold, and then add water to the crab's mouth. If the water is too deep, crabs will suffocate due to lack of oxygen. Then put the crab in a cool and ventilated place. If the plastic basin or bucket is high enough, there is no need to cover it with a lid.

Empty half the water in the basin at night, and then add half the water, so do it again every night.

On the fourth day, feed the crabs with a little minced ham, small fish or shrimp skin. When the temperature is not high, this method can generally be stored for more than 5 days or longer. In addition, it is still necessary to check crabs every day and eat them in time.

2, bath care

If you can't finish it in a week, you can't use the above method. At this time, your spare bathtub can come in handy. The bathtub is large enough and the walls are smooth, so crabs can't escape.

Gently put the fresh crab into it, inject the water that has just passed the crab, let it stand up and breathe, and put a small amount of small fish and shrimp into the water according to the time needed to save it. The crabs fed in this way can last for more than 7 days or longer, and the survival rate of crabs with good quality can reach more than 95%.
