The old man first talked about the Yang family. His wife, surnamed Yang, left a few years ago. The Wadiyang family came from Yangjiazhai, Shiping, and their ancestor's name was Yang Zhi. They originally lived in Pantang, Jishui County, Ji 'an District, Jiangxi Province. During Chenghua period of Ming Dynasty, they traveled to Yunnan and moved to Shiping County. At the beginning, Yang Zhigong was appointed as Zheng Xue of Shiping House. He liked Shiping's mountains and rivers, so he set up Shiping. During the fourth ancestor's reign, the Yang family moved from Shiping City to Wujiaba Yangjiazhai.
Like many Han surnames in Shiping, the Yang family thrived from generation to generation, and the situation forced the Yang family to start making a living in different places. Yang's first ancestor is the eleventh ancestor. He has three brothers: the eldest brother, who moved from Yangjiazhai to Fengdong Village in Yuanjiang County; The second brother, Yang Fafu, moved to Pogeng Village, Yuanjiang County; The third brother, Yang Fashen, moved to Wadi Village, Yuanjiang County.
As for why Yang Fa came to Wadi, the answer is the same as that of Shiping who drove the caravan westward. Shen Gong came to Wagga village and started his career while the iron was hot. Up to now, Po, the Wagner blacksmith, is named after Fa when he is working while the iron is hot.
Settled down, took root and sprouted, and Fa Shengong became the ancestor of Wayang. The difference is that Fa Shen Gong later returned to Shiping and died there. After all, Yang became a Han surname in Wadi Village, and later history is still evolving. Later generations of the Yang family started from the depression and radiated to the surrounding areas. Yuanjiang County, Simao, Pu 'er, Banna, Chashan and Yongchang (Baoshan) have all become the living habitats of Yang.
The Xu family was originally five acres smaller than Shiping, and should have settled in the depression with the Yang family at the same time. Since they are bandits, they can't be measured by common sense, and there will be no rules and regulations. What is good for people, what is kind and what is good will all go to hell.
Bandits are inevitable in depressed areas. In the 1920s, the ghosts of bandits have been wandering in the mountains, led by Zhou Yiya (Jianshui) and Li Zihong (Milegou, Shiping County). The two bandits are bitter, fierce and inhuman, which is their excellent annotation.
The 18th year of the Republic of China (AD 1929) is destined to be an important history of Wawa Village. On April 1 1, two gang leaders, Zhou Yiya and Li Zihong, led hundreds of bandits to attack Wadi village. The route starts from Wulanggou, Shiping, then crosses the river, enters Nancha Village in the Mid-levels (Nancha Village is under the jurisdiction of depression), and then reaches the depression village.
When the villagers in Nancha Village saw bandits coming from a distance, they immediately sent someone to report the situation of bandits to the head of Wae.
The gangsters swaggered and marched smoothly. They went to a place three or four kilometers away from Wadi to repair it, ready to capture Wacun in one fell swoop.
When bandits went up the mountain, Wadi Village immediately organized manpower to repair the stockade walls, reinforce the stockade fortifications and properly protect the grain. The general manager Yang and the village elders are responsible for the blocking prevention.
The atmosphere immediately became tense. At about 6 o'clock in the evening, the tour fee was dark and swarmed to the periphery of the village. Gunshots were fired and shouts were intertwined. Bandits are extremely vicious, armed with five guns, water guns and ten guns, which can be described as advanced weapons. On the other hand, the anti-blocking side is a soil gun, which cannot be effective and deadly, and its combat effectiveness is dwarfed. However, the people in the depression are indispensable, and they are determined to resist the bandits' attack.
Although the bandits were desperate, they were frightened by the cruelty of the villagers in the depression and could not move for a while. The bandits are also determined to attack the village in an attempt to destroy the morale of the villagers. They attack the village at night, so that people in the village can't see themselves clearly and reduce casualties. During the day, they catch chickens and cows everywhere, leaving the fields hanging to catch fish, as if deliberately teasing the people in the village.
After seven days and seven nights, the flames in the hearts of the people in the depression completely burned, and they vowed to fight the bandits to the end.
To tell the truth, bandits are also born of mothers, and their fighting capacity has been discounted before their conscience is extinguished. Most gangsters were bewitched by Zhou and Li: Brothers, Wawa people live a rich life, with wine, vegetables and bacon. If you do this well, you and I can moisten the rusty intestines with water. Go ahead and rob it. Whoever robs it will get it, and rob the depressed woman as his wife. On the other hand, whoever doesn't work hard, Lao Tzu's gun may not hit the hollow, but your skull!
Some shady bandits are young, but they can't get off the stage when they get on the thief's boat. They can only be at the mercy of bandits and bow down to attack depressions.
However, the bandits brought not food and ham, but lead bullets from the people in the depression! Men and able-bodied men in each village guard each stronghold, men rest during the day, women and children watch the wind and pile weighed stones on the wall. These backward weapons are enough for gangsters to drink a pot. Take advantage of favorable terrain, endure and defeat robbers.
At midnight on the seventh day, the bandits struggled for the last time. They grabbed ladders from people's homes and used them as tools to attack the city walls, trying to climb over the walls into the village and plunder property. The villagers who held the stronghold immediately fought back, and the lead bullets and stones of the soil guns rained down on the bandits.
Stealing chickens and not eating rice, bandits were injured countless times, and their arrogance gradually faded. They hid in a safe place, grinning, revealing lead bullets embedded in their thighs, and limped down the mountain with a scar they had made.
Wadi and Da Fei fought for their lives and became famous in World War I, which became a much-told story. From then on, the bully never dared to covet Wadi again.
After seven days and seven nights of fighting and repelling bandits, the people of Wadi had a preliminary experience in resisting the enemy. The mass base is good, and the red history of depression begins.
In the Yuanjiang River in the 1940s, revolutionary kindling spread all over the north and south of the river, and depressions were also one of the important positions in the revolutionary struggle.
Enthusiastic old man Xu Jingying said that he would take me to see Yang's compound, which is Yang Jialin's former residence.
It's a pity that the gate is locked, and it's boring without the key of the village Committee. Can't delve into, can only look at the outside of the compound.
Yang's four-in-one courtyard, grand view! At this time, several chefs are busy withdrawing the "fragrant gang". Innocent temples have to be baptized again and again by guests on the first day. The boiling water in the cauldron is still boiling, and there is a basket of fish residue thorns on the greasy table of the Eight Immortals, and the blue bricks are greasy with a layer of oil.
The ancestral temple is like a woman with shriveled breasts, but it is still contributing to her innocence!
What if, what if you accidentally use fire? The shelf structure of the ancestral hall is a century-old wood, which has dried up! It is difficult for ancestors to start a business, and only the protection of the younger generation is the continuation of the pulse.
Shiping people in depression have not lost their family complex. They have reached a common covenant with Shiping's fellow villagers. In five or ten years, they will go to Shiping to worship their ancestors in Tomb-Sweeping Day, say goodbye to their fellow villagers, and be separated by mountains and rivers.
It's only 60 kilometers from Shiping City to Wadi. In the past, the mountains were high and steep, so it was quite difficult to exchange visits between the two places. Up to now, the natural barrier is a thoroughfare, Shiping people transport fruits and vegetables, and vehicles shuttle back and forth. Doing business is as easy as dropping in. It's not difficult to take a message and say something.
The valley is really close, because there is a wind and rain bridge between the valley people and Shiping.
