After cutting off the hose, use the auger of seahorse knife to drill obliquely into the most central position of the cork! Don't worry that the wine knife will be crooked after a while, and it will be straight after a rotation. It is not easy to break the cork by drilling holes in the center of the cork. It will be easier to pull out the wood.

Turn the auger into the cork! Note that if the last step is done beautifully, the wine knife will be straight at this time. When the auger drills into the cork until there is still a circle, block the bottle mouth with the first stage of the seahorse knife, fix the first stage with one hand, lift the handle of the seahorse knife with the other hand, and pull out the cork by using the lever principle.

Use seahorse knife to pry up the cork in the first stage, and be careful not to pull it off. After levering up the cork at the first level, continue to lever up the lower part with the second level. Open the cork completely and turn it down slightly.
