How to adjust the pump pressure of Zhonglian 55-ton crane

The pump pressure is adjusted by the following steps:

1. Open the oil level inspection port of the hydraulic oil tank and check whether the liquid level in the oil tank is within the specified range.

2. Start the engine, adjust the speed of the pump to the maximum, and let the pump well output the maximum flow.

3. Use a pressure gauge to detect the output pressure of the pump. If the pressure is too high or too low, further adjustment is needed.

4. Adjust the regulating valve or overflow valve of the pump to change the output pressure of the pump.

5. Monitor and record the results of each adjustment, and carry out repeated debugging continuously until the required pressure value is reached.

6. After the pressure adjustment is finally completed, close the oil level inspection port of the hydraulic oil tank, and carry out relevant tests and verifications to ensure the performance, safety and stability of the pump.
