Detection method of automobile sensor: 1, and the switch output throttle position sensor is also called throttle switch. It has two pairs of contacts, namely no-load contact (IDL) and full-load contact (PSW). A cam coaxial with the throttle valve controls the opening and closing of two switch contacts; 2. When the throttle valve is in the fully closed position, the idle contact IDL is closed, and the ECU judges that the engine is in the idle working condition according to the closing signal of the idle switch, so as to control the fuel injection quantity according to the requirements of the idle working condition; 3. Under different throttle opening, the resistance value of potentiometer is different, so the throttle opening is converted into a voltage signal and sent to ECU. Through the throttle position sensor, ECU can obtain the voltage signal representing the continuous change of all throttle openings from fully closed to fully open, and the change rate of throttle opening, so as to judge the working condition of the engine more accurately.
