Both ends of the shift valve act on the oil pressure of the throttle valve and the speed control valve. When shifting gears, the oil pressure at both ends changes, which makes the shift valve shift gears and changes the oil circuit, thus realizing the shift.

(2) Low-speed working state of hydraulic automatic transmission

At this time, the shift valve closes the high-speed gear oil path, but the working oil pressure provides power for the low-speed gear.

(3) High-speed working state of hydraulic automatic transmission

The spool of the shift valve moves to the left, and the high-speed oil circuit is opened and the low-speed oil circuit is disconnected.

Function: transmission, lubrication and cooling. The hydraulic control system controls the output or release of hydraulic oil through the actions of various valves in the valve body to operate the corresponding clutches and brakes, thus controlling the planetary gear mechanism and realizing automatic gear shifting.
