Working principle of pneumatic three-element

Pneumatic three-element is a three-point combination. It consists of three parts: filter, pressure regulating valve and oil mist device, so it is also called triplet.

The pressure regulating valve can stabilize the air source, keep the air source in a constant state, and reduce the damage to hardware such as valves or actuators when the air pressure of the air source suddenly changes. The filter is used to clean the gas source, which can filter the moisture in the compressed air and prevent the moisture from entering the equipment with the gas. The oil mist device can lubricate the moving parts of the machine body and the parts which are inconvenient to add lubricating oil, thus greatly prolonging the service life of the machine body.
