Is the Japanese lunar calendar the same as the China lunar calendar?

Influenced by the culture of China, the Japanese once used the "summer calendar" (or "lunar calendar"), which is also called "lunar calendar" in history, but it is not accurate, because the lunar calendar is a calendar that harmonizes Yin and Yang, not a pure lunar calendar. The Islamic calendar is a complete lunar calendar.
