Manual matching method: For the throttle matched by mechanical cable, the manual reset method is adopted, and the telephone switch is turned on and off for many times continuously, so that the vehicle computer can delete the original throttle memory and store new throttle data. If the verification is successful, you can directly hit the vehicle and drive normally.

Power-off matching method: after replacing the throttle, disconnect the negative electrode of the battery for a few minutes, and the vehicle will enter a dormant state. During this process, the original memory of the on-board computer will be restored to the factory settings. However, this method is only applicable to the resistance model, and the trial operation can be normal.

Precautions for throttle valve

When cleaning the throttle valve, the throttle valve must be removed for cleaning, so that the cleaning can be carried out, and the electric part of the throttle valve will not be sprayed because the cleaning liquid is sprayed in only one direction, which will seriously damage the throttle valve.

When cleaning the throttle, spray the throttle cleaning solution to the position with more carbon deposits, wait for 5- 10 minutes, and the carbon deposits will be dissolved by the cleaning solution. At this time, brush with a clean brush and wipe with a clean towel. Before installation, you must wait until the throttle cleaning solution is completely dry before installation, otherwise the position sensor will be damaged.
