Why doesn't the sprayer apply pressure?

The air pressure of the sprayer can't go up. Maybe the beads are stuck. Solution: Rinse the beads and then use them. The dump tank is located above the spray gun, the paint falls to the muzzle by its own weight, and is sprayed with compressed air (also called bucket spray gun), which is suitable for spraying paint containing solid particles.

The pressure setting of the coating machine is too low, which will increase the pressure. The filter screen is blocked and can be cleaned and replaced at the entrance of the pipeline. If the nozzle is too large or damaged, it can be replaced. Poor connection of parts of spraying machine leads to air leakage of suction pipe. Tighten and check the suction pipe.
