According to sowing date, it can be divided into winter wheat and spring wheat. China is dominated by winter wheat.
Barley winter wheat has strong cold resistance in the growth process, and its seedlings can survive the winter. When spring comes, the seedlings split and grow up quickly, and the flour ground by winter wheat is delicious.
Spring wheat has strong drought resistance, short ear and short growth period, which is suitable for spring sowing, but it is not as delicious as winter wheat flour.
Spring wheat is planted in very cold places in winter. Because winter is too cold to sow, it is planted after spring, which is called spring wheat. Winter wheat is planted in warm places. Sow in winter and harvest in summer. For example, spring wheat is planted in Northeast China, and winter wheat is planted in North China and its south.
Winter wheat should be sown in autumn and harvested in late spring. In China, it is generally bounded by the Great Wall, with spring wheat in the north and winter wheat in the south.
