Water temperature meter, water temperature alarm device and coolant shortage alarm.

1. Water thermometer

The thermometer is used to indicate the temperature of cooling water in the engine cooling water jacket. It consists of a water temperature indicator installed on the instrument panel, a water temperature sensor installed on the engine cylinder head and a power regulator used together with the fuel gauge. There are three commonly used water temperature meters: electrothermal, electromagnetic and electronic, among which electrothermal water temperature meter is widely used.

2. Water temperature alarm lamp

When the coolant temperature exceeds a certain value, the water temperature warning lamp lights up and sends out an alarm signal to attract the driver's attention. The water temperature alarm lamp is generally installed in the water temperature meter, and its work can be controlled by the water temperature alarm lamp control switch.

The water temperature warning light control switch is installed in the water jacket of the engine cylinder head. When the temperature of the coolant in the water jacket exceeds the specified value, the bimetal is deformed by heat and bends downward, so that the bimetal contact is closed and the alarm lamp circuit is connected.

3. Low coolant level alarm

The cooling liquid shortage alarm is composed of a cooling liquid shortage alarm lamp installed on the instrument panel, an alarm lamp control circuit and a probe inserted in a sealed water tank, and the probe is grounded through conductive water and the tank wall.
