Why is the sun in the southeast at noon on July 7?

From the sunrise and sunset of 365 days a year, we find that it is closely related to the 24 solar terms of the lunar calendar. As the saying goes, "the vernal equinox and the autumnal equinox are equally divided day and night." In other words, on the vernal equinox and autumnal equinox, the time of day and night is equal. The sun is also in the middle of the meridian at noon these two days. From vernal equinox to autumnal equinox, the days are long and the nights are short. July 7th is the summer solstice solar term and the longest day in a year. So the sun is still in the southeast at noon, not on the meridian.
