During the emergency hydrogen discharge of the motor, in addition to implementing the operation steps described in the regulations, ensuring that the hydrogen pressure is greater than the cooling water pressure of 30kPa, the pressure difference between sealing oil and hydrogen is not greater than 10kPa, and closely monitoring the temperature of the generator coil and iron core, the most important thing is explosion prevention. In the process of emergency hydrogen release, it should be confirmed that the exhaust port is not on fire and the hydrogen release pipe is not overheated, otherwise the hydrogen release speed should be reduced. At the same time, avoid hot work in the factory building and strengthen ventilation.

It is specially stipulated in the safety regulations that when discharging hydrogen and oxygen under pressure or transporting hydrogen to hydrogen storage tanks and generators, the valves and baffles on the equipment should be opened evenly and slowly, so that the gas can be released or transported slowly. Violent delivery is strictly prohibited to prevent friction and spontaneous combustion.
