The gas tank pressure gauge rotates clockwise, with tight adjustment indicating pressurization and loose adjustment indicating decompression, so as to adjust the set pressure, discharge pressure and recoil pressure. Soap water can be applied to joints or gaps, and the air storage tank can be checked for air leakage. Bubbles appear in the small holes on the pressure reducing valve, and they are getting bigger and bigger, which proves that there is air leakage.

Adjust the setting pressure: within the specified working pressure range, the setting pressure can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting screw sleeve and changing the pre-tightening compression of the spring. Remove the safety valve cover and loosen the lock nut. First, increase the inlet pressure to make the disc jump once. If the set pressure is low, turn the adjusting screw sleeve clockwise. If the set pressure is too high, turn the adjusting screw sleeve counterclockwise.

Adjust the discharge pressure and seat pressure: adjust by adjusting the adjusting ring. Unscrew the fixing screw of the adjusting ring and insert a thin steel wire from the exposed screw hole to toggle the adjusting ring. When the adjusting ring is turned to the right, the position of the adjusting ring will rise, and both the discharge pressure and the valve seat pressure will fall, otherwise it will rise. Each adjustment range should not be too large, generally within 5 teeth. In order to prevent accidents, before pulling the adjusting ring, the inlet pressure should be reduced appropriately and the air source should be cut off.

When replacing the pressure reducing valve of the gas tank, first put the fixing ring on the gas pipe, insert the gas pipe into the gas outlet of the pressure reducing valve and tighten it with a Phillips screwdriver. Hold the pressure reducing valve horizontally with both hands and insert it horizontally into the exhaust port of the gas storage tank. Grasp the middle part of the pressure reducing valve with your left hand. Grasp the screw of the pressure reducing valve with the thumb and forefinger of the right hand and turn the screw counterclockwise to confirm that it has been tightened. A pressure relief valve is installed.
