1. The blockage of the oil return pipe will cause the lubricating oil to continuously increase, the engine will start to make abnormal noise, and the oil leakage will start from the seals of all oil passages, resulting in the whole engine being unable to be cleaned.

2. When the oil pump is working, if the oil return pipe is blocked, the oil pressure in the oil pipe between the gasoline pump and the carburetor will increase accordingly. Therefore, in order to balance the pressure of the intake needle valve of carburetor and keep the float stable, the oil return pipe must be unobstructed.

3. If the oil return pipe is blocked, especially when the engine load increases too fast or the throttle fluctuates, the oil pressure is too high, which will cause the seal of the oil inlet needle valve to be relatively lax.
