When adjusting the nozzle, remove it from the cylinder head and install it on a special test bench. Oil tank, oil pipe, etc. The fuel injection test bench should be cleaned, and the filtered diesel with high cleanliness should be injected into the fuel tank to keep the site clean.

When checking the opening pressure of the fuel injector, firstly raise the oil pressure to 15.7× 103kPa with the hand pump, and then lift the hand pump evenly at a speed of about 10 times per minute until it reaches 18.5× 103kPa to start fuel injection;

At this time, there must be no leakage in the nozzle, and a little moisture is allowed in the nozzle hole, but there must be no oil drops. The difference of injection pressure of each nozzle of the same engine shall not exceed 250kPa.

3. Wear of the oil outlet valve leads to oil dripping when the fuel injector stops spraying, which causes the fuel injector to burn and deposit carbon, leading to jamming failure.

4. When installing the fuel injector, the gasket is missing or damaged, resulting in air leakage, causing the local temperature of the fuel injector to be too high and stuck.
