So far, there are three common additives in Polo, one is Volkswagen original G 17, the other is BASF Happy Run, and the other is red line. You said 3M, because 3M is not specialized in the automotive field, and it will not be better than BASF and Red Line.

In fact, G 17 is enough for daily driving. If you use the red line, I suggest you always use it when you turn it. Gasoline additives are not the most important problem, but the most important thing is engine oil!

If the speed is increased frequently, it is not easy to produce carbon deposit, but it will cause great loss to the spark plug. Usually, when the urban road conditions are bad, more carbon deposits are generated when parking. In fact, my personal suggestion is to find a familiar auto repair shop and go there regularly to clean the spark plug throttle and even clean the combustion chamber. Cleaning the spark plug and throttle doesn't cost much, but it costs more in the engine. However, the internal cleaning is generally 20,000-25,000 (to protect engine performance), and the throttle and spark plug are generally cleaned once every 5,000 (this is the shortest cycle). Considering that even if additives are used, they should be cleaned when it is time to clean. To be honest, short-term cleaning is not only not more expensive than using additives, but also much more thorough than cleaning additives.
