Guobin Ma, Zhuang, from Sanjiang, Liuzhou, Guangxi. At present, he is the artistic director of China Pen Painters Network, the editor-in-chief of China Pen Painters Forum, the secretary-general of Guangxi Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, the director of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, the member of editing and publishing department of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, the member of China World Cultural Exchange Promotion Association, a famous pen painter and a freelance painter who graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Guangxi Normal University.
