What is a weather station?
Common weather stations include automatic weather stations, highway weather stations, forest fire weather stations, campus weather stations, electric weather stations, photovoltaic weather stations, scenic weather stations, urban weather stations, portable weather stations, agricultural meteorological station, vehicle-mounted weather stations and other specific types of weather stations.
The weather station can be fixed in one place or a mobile observation system, which is convenient to use and integrates various meteorological elements. The integrated structure design can collect air temperature, humidity, wind direction, wind speed, solar radiation, rainfall, atmospheric pressure, illumination and ultraviolet rays. You can also collect information such as soil temperature, soil moisture, soil salt conductivity and soil pH value, and make announcements and trend analysis. This kind of weather station is divided into wired station and wireless station, which can cooperate with software to realize network remote data transmission and network real-time weather monitoring.
According to different applications and needs, these weather stations have their own characteristics and advantages. For example, the campus weather station is mainly used to measure meteorological data for intuitive teaching on campus, while the forest fire weather station focuses on the prediction and prevention of forest fires.
Meteorological stations are generally composed of meteorological elements, vertical poles, solar power supply systems, meteorological data collectors and wireless communication equipment.
Weather station function:
(1) display function
It can simultaneously measure and display air temperature, relative humidity, soil temperature, soil humidity, rainfall, evaporation, wind speed, wind direction, PM2.5, air pressure, total solar radiation, illumination and carbon dioxide.
(2) Meteorological elements can be selected.
Users can choose meteorological environment elements to be observed according to their own needs.
(3) Parameter setting function
You can set various environmental parameter values. You can send an alarm signal if the data exceeds the actual data.
(4) Communication function
The software platform can be accessed through RS232, RS485, RJ45, GPRS, wireless and other communication modes to realize remote online monitoring of data.
(5) SMS function
Configure SMS alarm function, which can send data to multiple administrators' mobile phones through SMS.
(6)LED screen display function
The system can be docked with outdoor LED screen, and the data can be displayed on the LED screen in a scrolling way.
(7) Storage function
4M memory chip is standard, which can store 40,000 pieces of historical data; SD card memory can be configured to realize mass storage of data.
