3. Check whether the brake pads, brake pad pump, pressure cylinder and hydraulic tail oil are missing or leaking.

4. Check whether the hydraulic pipeline of the brake system is broken, damaged or leaked.

5. Check whether the shoulder of the brake is in normal contact with the airbag, adjust the absolute position of the airbag, and measure the thickness of the airbag, which should be kept below 2mm.

6. Check and control the air tightness of the brake valve, and slightly adjust the angle and torque of the arm.

7. Clean the hydraulic system, replace the filter, remove fine impurities, and increase the sealing performance of the hydraulic system as much as possible.

8. If the air brake leaks, replace the air brake drum regularly. Before replacement, the inner surface of the rear part should be cleaned, and the surface should be polished with a polishing machine to remove burrs, sealed with a rubber plate, and then the disassembly bolts should be installed and tightened to prevent looseness.

9. Correctly adjust the vehicle suspension system, ensure that the suspension elements are flexible, and prevent the brakes from overheating and air leakage.
