Excuse me, how to debug the 845 gas proportional valve

The 845 gas proportional valve consists of two gas cut-off solenoid valves EV 1 and EV2 and a proportional control valve, which has the function of gas pressure stabilization and pressure test ports before and after the valve. The working principle of its internal structure is as follows:

1. As shown in figure 1, when the valve body EV 1 and EV2 are not energized, the gas valve is closed and the gas only enters the inlet end of the valve body.

2. When EV 1 is electrified, the solenoid valve is opened, and then the lever is driven to open the first valve, and the gas enters the first chamber, as shown in Figure 2.

3. As shown in Figure 3, when EV2 is powered on, the solenoid valve is powered on, and the servo loop is opened, so that the air pressure under the diaphragm of the stop valve of the main airway rises, and the stop valve is pushed up to open the main airway.
